You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DARK-LUX.COM, Pascal Gopon, Hauptstrasse 7, 45549 Sprockhoevel, E-Mail: PG.DARKLUX@GMAIL.COM) by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments made by you to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than our most economical standard delivery), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed explicitly. No fees shall be charged for this reimbursement.

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The period is deemed to have been complied with if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

A loss in value of the goods shall only be compensated if such loss in value can be attributed to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
